A chasen from our Culver City neighbours at Amigo Coffee Roasters, carved from a single piece of bamboo with 100 fine prongs and the Amigo sun on the handle.
How to use. Sift matcha into a bowl, add a splash of hot water (around 175°F) and whisk briskly in a W or M motion until a fine foam forms.
Care. Soak the prongs in warm water before each use. Rinse with water only and let it air dry upright.
