Roasted down the road in Culver City by our neighbours at Amigo Coffee Roasters, from beans grown on Finca Rosario, the Amigo family's fourth-generation farm in El Salvador. Old School is the one you brew every morning: baker's chocolate, s'mores and butterscotch.
The details. Washed, sun dried. Grown at 1,000–1,300 masl. Pacas, Bourbon and Cuscatleco. 12oz, ground for drip.
